Egg Curry Recipe



Ingredients:

How to make Indian Egg Curry:

  1. Remove the shell of boiled eggs & keep aside.
  2. Cut the paneer into fine cubes and fry in hot oil until turns golden brown.
  3. Drain the fried paneer on oil absorbent paper and set aside.
  4. Cut the onion into slices, fry in same oil and then grind to make a smooth paste.
  5. In the same pan of hot oil, you may add some more oil if require.
  6. When the oil is hot enough, add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  7. Saute for few seconds and add onion paste.
  8. Cook on medium high flame, till the onion paste is very well cooked and then add tomato puree.
  9. Mix the salt and all other spices.
  10. Cook on medium high flame, uncovered till the oil begins to separate.
  11. Add a cup of water, salt and spices and cook till the curry becomes dry.
  12. At this moment, add the fried paneer cubes or green peas (what ever you are using) along with boiled eggs.
  13. Add 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
  14. Reduce the flame and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  15. Garnish the dish with good amount of chopped cilantro and serve hot with Indian roti, paratha or naan.
